How do you handle security?
All data uploads and conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms such as AES.
To OpenAI: We use OpenAI' API to generate responses to your messages. Data you send to OpenAI is not used for model training purposes.
To ChatStorm servers: When you delete a conversation, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can delete your conversation history and file uploads at any time. All data you upload is permanently deleted within 7-10 days. ChatStorm's servers are on Google Cloud Platform, and is hosted in the United States. You can delete your account at any time, in which case all your conversation history is deleted as well.
Do you support other models, such as Google Bard?
We currently only support OpenAI's GPT-3.5 and GPT4 API. We are working on adding support for other models, such as Google Bard.

Can I chat with documents such as PDF or Word?
Yes, you can upload files such as PDF, Word, and text files. Please note there is a size limit to the files of 50mb per file. There is a monthly usage limit depending on whether you are a Pro or an Enterprise user.
What does the free version include?
The free version includes 10 tokens per month. 1 token = 1 message.
Do you offer bulk discounts for teams and enterprises?
